Well I have been using their services for a couple months now. They are very adapt to handle your payments and notices, but you have to pay separately for court appearances if any. They can handle most of the creditors, but some creditors are not ready to negotiate with them and would rather threaten you or pressurise you. Overall it's a good service to opt incase you have no other non-lending option left.
