Has Anyone Integrated Odoo Helpdesk & Support System on Their Website?

    Hey everyone,

    I recently came across Webkul’s guide on setting up the Odoo Website Helpdesk and Support System (managing tickets, support workflows, site-user queries etc.). The write-up covers how to install, configure, and maintain a helpdesk directly on your Odoo-based website.

    I’m considering integrating something like this for customer service on my site. Curious to hear from folks who’ve done it:

    • How has having a website helpdesk changed your support turnaround times?
    • What challenges did you face during setup (e.g. user permissions, email integrations, SLA tracking)?
    • Did it require heavy customization, or was Webkul’s out-of-the-box system enough?

    Also, in the long run, do you rely on Odoo AMC Service or regular Odoo bug fixing support to keep it running smoothly?
