The winner:Weyerbacher Double Simcoe IPA.

So much more interesting FLAVOR. the Dogfish Head 90 minute IPA just seems bitter for the sake of being bitter WITHOUT THE REWARD of a complex IPA flavor. tastes burnt.

I don't really like beer at all.

I don't drink alcohol anymore... Except for perhaps an only non-alcoholic beer. In general, I have not very pleasant memories of when I drink alcohol. By drinking, I mean that I was an alcoholic. Most of the  time I feel overenthusiastic have the Tsingtao Beer and snow beer. Right now I am on tasting Tsingtao. It's really wondeful. 

Anyway guys, do you think the perfect combination of modern automated brewing system or equipment can enhance the quality of beer?
