SKID MOUNTED EVAPORATOR WORKING PRINCIPLE
Skid-mounted evaporator is an integrated and modular MVR evaporation system that installs the evaporator unit and its auxiliary equipment on the same framework or platform for quick on-site deployment and flexible operation. The working principle of skid mounted units is to compress and heat up the secondary steam generated by itself, increase the enthalpy, fully utilize its latent heat, and use it as a heat source to reheat the feed liquid in the system evaporator to achieve concentration, desalination, and COD removal, thus little or no additional auxiliary heating is needed during operation. And the condensate water generated by the secondary steam after heat exchange can be recycled and reused, with no discharge of additional steam.
