Endjala was recorded a few weeks ago by a woman known as Taimi Tekla Imbili during a private conversation saying that the people who belong to the Kwanyama tribe were stupid.

The Kwanyama is a sub-tribe of the Owambo people who are dominant in the north of the country.

Endjala also said that one of Swapo's prominent liberation war heroes Peter Nanyemba, who was a Kwanyama, was troublesome.

The recording also captures Endjala alleging that the Kwanyama killed John Pandeni, who was local government minister in 2008.

Although Endjala apologized for the remarks when the audio clip was leaked Wednesday, Geingob said the apology was not enough.

In a letter to Endjala Friday, Geingob ordered the governor to issue an "unreserved wholesale air max womens , unequivocal and unconditional" apology.

Geingob told Endjala that his apology fell short of showing that he regretted his remarks.

"As my representative in the region, I expect you to uphold the highest standards of leadership and constitutional principles, especially with regards to fostering peace and harmonious relations in the region.

ABUJA, Sept. 21 (Xinhua) -- Nigeria needs steady growth to fully recover from its worst economic recession in more than two decades, an economic expert told Xinhua on Thursday.

The Abuja-based economist said the end of the recession in Nigeria was a good development but the country's economic growth remained fragile and vulnerable to external shocks and policy slippage.

Muye Yahaya said cruel choices or policies, aimed at adding value to all sectors of the economy, were needed as quickly as possible.

It is through such policies that the economy wholesale air max , which pulled out of recession early September, can be on the path of smooth development and stability, Yahaya said.

"Such cruel or important choices are needed to accelerate the construction of institutions to stimulate economic growth and restructuring the economy," he said.

Yahaya, like many other analysts in Nigeria, thinks the outlook for more growth looks positive for the country.

He urged the government to make honest painful structural changes to support its priority sectors of the economy.
