5 years ago, our joint venture factory was established in Zhejiang Province. Since then, we have also been collaborating with our Japanese partners on developing and producing roller bearings for refrigerators. We mainly manufactures deep groove ball bearings, miniature bearings and plastic pulleys. Our products have been widely used in household appliances, office equipments, electronics, instruments, fishing gears, power tools and electric toys. So far, our products have been sold and used in more than 50 countries, such as Japan, Germany, Europe, America, Southeast Asia and other countries and regions.

③Bearing roller
We are also a professional manufacturer specialized in producing and selling plastic coated bearings, sliding door & window pulley, furniture drawer guide pulley and refrigerator drawer pulley. Our bearings and pulleys have the excellent features of smooth sliding, low temperature resistance , anti-friction, low noise and vibration, strong load capacity, anti-oxidation and long lifespan. Classify them by shape, there are mainly U-shaped groove guide pulley and rolling pulley. Our bearings are widely used in household appliances (refrigerators, shredders, dishwashers, vacuum cleaners, range hoods), financial equipment (cash-counting machine), power and pneumatic tools, textile machinery, sports equipment, office furniture, auto parts(windscreen wiper, window lifter, seat), as well as transmission devices for doors and windows.

Cam Rollers
Product Description
UTOT Cam Followers are essentially needle or cylindrical rollers or ball bearings，which have a thick-walled outer race. The outside (runner) surface of the outer ring is crowned which serves to preventing edge stress if the cam follower runs in a titled or inclined position. Cam followers are ready-to-mount units which are filled with grease. They are suitable for all types of cam drives, tracks, conveyor system and etc.
Instead of an inner race, cam followers have a solid stud which is threaded, so they can be quickly and easily attached to appropriate machine components by means of a hexagonal nut. Axial guidance for the outer race is provided by an integral flange at the head of the stud and a side washer pressed on to the stud, or by the roller complement.
UTOT cam followers are available in different designs which have the same dimensions and differ only in their internal designs. Generally, the cam followers have a concentric seating on the stud, but some are also available with an eccentric collar which is shrunk on to the stud. Cam followers with eccentric collar enable an optimum interaction with the cam to be obtained and also allow less stringent manufacturing tolerance to be used for the associated components.

NUKR curve roller bearing has the double-row roller structure. As same as parallel roller bearing, the outer ring is guided axially by rolling body. The cover pressed in outer ring and the shoulder constitutes the high-efficient gas seal.
This kind of curve roller bearing can withstand the heavy load and the shock axial load because it is guided axially by roller.
PWKR ...2RS design cam followers are based on double row, full complement cylindrical roller bearings. The stud head and a pressed-on flange ring guide the outer ring axially via the roller sets. This enables PWKR ...2RS design cam followers to accommodate relatively heavy constant axial loads that are induced when operating in an inclined or tilted position.
PWKR ...2RS design cam followers are supplied with a contact seal made of oil and wear-resistant acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) on both sides. The seals are integral with the sheet metal angle rings and press against the flange ring and the stud head. The angle rings are pressed into the outer ring shoulder.
PWKR ...2RS design cam followers have a recessed hexagon at both ends of the stud that enables the cam follower to be held in place by a hexagonal key during mounting. In the center of each hexagon is a relubrication hole for a press-in grease fitting or an adapter from a central lubrication system.
NUKR series cam follower/curve roller
Model NUKR curve roller bearing has the double-row roller structure. As same as parallel roller bearing, the outer ring is guided axially by rolling body. The cover pressed in outer ring and the shoulder constitutes the high-efficient gas seal.
This kind of curve roller bearing can withstand the heavy load and the shock axial load because it is guided axially by roller.
NUKR .. A design cam followers (fig 1) are based on double row, full complement cylindrical roller bearings without an integral flange between the two roller sets. The stud head and pressed-on flange ring guide the outer ring axially via the roller sets. This enables NUKR .. A design cam followers to accommodate relatively heavy axial loads that are induced when operating in an inclined or tilted position.
A sheet metal angle ring is pressed into the outer ring shoulder on both sides to form an effective labyrinth seal.
NUKR .. A design cam followers have a recessed hexagon at each end of the stud, to enable the cam follower to be held in place by a hexagonal key (Allen wrench) during mounting.
