繼20日田徑男子三級跳遠獲得金牌，21日田徑代表隊再接再厲於女子鐵餅以48公尺50的成績擲獲金牌，男子400公尺熊晨佑選手也獲得銅牌1面，累計已獲得2金1銀3銅；桌球隊今日除女雙以3：0囊獲金牌外，男雙楊皓任及楊嘉安獲得銀牌，女子單打葉伊恬及男子單打楊皓任分別獲得銅牌，桌球代表隊本屆賽程已全部結束，總計獲得1金1銀4銅。

而跆拳道好手李祈恩20日也在2023第2屆烏蘭巴托東亞青年運動會男子55公斤以下級決賽擊退韓國對手，台灣進帳1金。跆拳道代表隊中，女子63公斤以下級謝依玲與男子73公斤以上級莊柏武雙雙獲得銅牌，單日共進帳1金2銅，本次參賽總計獲得4金1銀2銅，成績亮眼。
教育部體育署表示，為積極備戰本屆東亞青運，本年初即著手規劃並輔導各單項協會研擬選訓賽實施計畫，遴選年輕資優選手，列入112年度培育優秀或具潛力運動選手計畫、年度工作計畫中實施培訓工作，以提升培訓成效。
此外，東亞青運的培訓及參賽也是國家儲訓青年選手養成的重要階段，期讓青年選手能經歷東亞青運階段的洗禮，累積國際綜合性賽會的參賽經驗後，進而為面對更高層級的競爭做好準備，持續朝向亞運及奧運目標努力，為我國爭取更好的成績。
