I get the frustration with doctors and prescriptions. I've been on a weight loss journey myself and know how tricky it can be to find what works. I've heard about Mounjaro too, and it seems like opinions vary widely. Personally, I prefer sticking to natural methods and lifestyle changes rather than supplements. Have you tried adjusting your diet or adding more physical activity? Small changes can make a big difference over time. If you're interested, I found some helpful info at https://goliathsteroids.com/ about different approaches to weight management.
There are shortages because too many doctors are prescribing it to non-diabetic patients. It doesn't sound like you need it.
Apparently it works very well, unfortunately for me, my BMI is not 30 and I don't have diabetes, so the two doctors I went to will not prescribe it.
Thanks in advance!
