tier 2 keto if you think you're totally perfect and you can't figure out why you're still losing weight and your metabolism sucks that's okay you just have to make this other modification and that is to eat as much leafy greens and highly nutritious food that are non starchy as your base and then fill up at the end within reason on your starchy on your starchy vegetables such as your potatoes corn beans on and on so that is the difference yes you can still get fat even or stay fat even if you think you're doing everything so perfectly you're eating all the starches and everything it could happen so just be aware of that it trust me whatever happens to you it's happened to so many people before you are not the one person out there
