Oflox belongs to a class of drugs called quinolone antibiotics. This medication treats only bacterial eye infections. It works by stopping the growth of bacteria. Oflox eye drops helps in treating and preventing eye infections associated with conjunctivitis (pink eye) and corneal ulcers caused by certain bacteria in patients 1 year of age and older. Oflox Eye drops is used in the topical treatment of a variety of external infections of eye caused by susceptible bacteria.
