  HP printer say offline because your device has no network connection and the printer is unable to perform the printing task. Hence, to resolve this issue check the internet connection and restart your device or check all the cables of the router in case you have a wired printer.

  When your HP printer says offline, it means that there is some problem with the printer. You have to check the USB and power cables and make sure they are connected. Then you may need to utilize the services of HP print and scan doctor to resolve the problem.

  Click the “Start” button and then click “Devices and Printers” Right-click the printer and select “See What's Printing” to display the print spooler window. Click “Printer” and select make sure that the check mark is assigned at “Use Printer Offline”. Click on the checkbox to remove the tick if it is there.
