The UK DEFACTO VISA is an Australian visa that is granted automatically if the applicant has lived in a de facto relationship with their partner for at least 12 months. It can be applied for by both partners, but it does not allow the applicant to work in the United Kingdom but allow the applicant to stay with their partner.
