Welcome to the story of neighbZ, a platform with a purpose. What led to the creation of neighbZ, and why does it exist? To answer these questions, we must journey back to our beginnings at Trinity Proximity Inc., a company that took root in the quaint town of Sulphur Springs, Texas, in 2017. Our inception, like many other successful ventures, was rooted in addressing a pressing issue. We recognized the growing challenge of corporate giants infiltrating local communities, placing immense financial strain on the cherished mom-and-pop establishments already in place.
Our commitment to business has always revolved around empowering locally-owned businesses with dedicated technologies that large corporations simply couldn't replicate at a local level. This dedication is our primary business passion. But what about our personal passion? As you may infer from our company's name, our personal faith plays a central role in our lives.
As the dust began to settle after the COVID-19 pandemic, we were all confronted with new challenges – a nation divided and a tech-driven social media landscape becoming increasingly aggressive. Like many others, we grew emotionally weary of the time spent on the common social platforms and became even more concerned about the influence it has on our children. Do mainstream social platforms leave you depressed, anxious, lonely, and a little disgusted after scrolling through your feeds, too?
In late 2022, a spiritual vision unfolded that we will forever hold dear to our souls. The idea was to make a bold change and express the Christian faith into the community platform technologies we were already deeply passionate about. Throughout late 2022 and 2023, we dedicated ourselves to creating what we now know was no doubt, a divine calling – the neighbZ platform. It's an all-inclusive platform comprising our proprietary technology designed to unite the community under the umbrella of Christ-centered data and information.
