  Hydraulic oil inspection

  As a special transmission pressure oil, the main function of hydraulic oil is to provide sufficient power for the operation of the pump truck, so the quality of hydraulic oil is particularly important. The standard hydraulic oil is transparent and the color is light yellow. In case of emulsification or turbidity, the brand and model of hydraulic oil recommended by the manufacturer should be replaced

  When checking the surface of the hydraulic oil tank, make sure that the hydraulic oil level is not lower than the minimum oil level in the operating state and the maximum oil level is not higher than the maximum oil level in the driving state.

  

  Check the concrete piston in time

  1. The pumping water tank should be changed frequently. Pay attention that the water surface should not cover the piston rod of the pumping cylinder when adding water, otherwise the hydraulic oil (or lithium grease) on the water surface in the water tank cannot completely enter the working surface of the concrete cylinder

  2. It is strictly prohibited that the material level of the hopper is lower than the mixing shaft to prevent the piston from being damaged due to air intake (this is the most easily neglected place for many operators)

  3. Ensure that the temperature of the water tank is below 65 ℃, and the high temperature will accelerate the piston wear. If it exceeds this temperature, add cold water to cool down or reduce the displacement

  4. When replacing or checking the piston, it is necessary to apply a layer of lithium grease on the piston to improve the service life of the piston

  Replace the glasses plate and cutting ring in time

  After the machine pumps 2000 cubic meters of concrete, the clearance between the eyeglass plate and the cutting ring should be checked. If it is more than 2 mm and the wear is uniform, it needs to be adjusted as follows:

  1. Swing the S tube to the middle position, and remove the stop screw after shutdown.

  2. Tighten the nut clockwise, narrow the gap between the cutting ring and the eye plate, and tighten the stop screw.

  3. When the empty pump is pumping water, there is no water leakage at the eyeglass plate and the cutting ring, and the swing is normal, which means that it has been adjusted in place.
