Brussels Airlines starts the winter season with its biggest growth in 15 years. This winter season, which runs from October 29 to March 31, the airline serves no less than 80 destinations from Brussels Airport. These include 59 short- and medium-haul destinations and 21 long-haul destinations. There are 10 new things on the list compared to last year. Also, two places that were already served in the summer will now be served for the first time in the winter. This winter, there are plans for 13,359 flights in Europe and 1,166 flights between continents.

Several new winter sun spots are added to the short- and medium-haul list. Brussels Airlines will fly for the first time to Cabo Verde, Tunisia, and Egypt. Lanzarote and Fuerteventura add to what the Canary Islands already have to offer. Tenerife will get a service every day, and Gran Canaria will get more of them.
Bordeaux will be served a few times a week, and Madeira will be served during the winter. More flights go to Rome, Madrid, and Warsaw every week because they are popular places to visit.
Because bigger planes are being used, the number of seats at several destinations, like Barcelona, Billund, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Hannover, Krakow, Lyon, Marseille, Nantes, Porto, and Rome, has gone up by 25% to 50%.
