Resolution – I
To begin with, close the QuickBooks software and on the search window, keyin C:\Program files\64-bit users:c:\Program Files (x86)
Now, when you locate the Intuit folder, right-click on it to select ‘PROPERTIES’
Click on SECURITY < ADVANCED
Check if the owner of the current folder is in USER group. Otherwise, take over the ownership before downloading updates
Check if the error is fixed
Resolution – II
From ‘TOOLS’ tab, click on ‘INTERNET OPTIONS < ADVANCED
Check and select USE SSL2.0 and SSL 3.0
Once done, click on ‘APPLY’ and ‘OK’ to save changes
