This is a minor update of combat based on an old game from the 90's . It has been expanded to become close to a game from the year 2006. It also employed a similar system.
Honestly i am shocked at the opposition, especially considering that as far changes take place Dark And Darker Gold, everything in the document's details could be mechanically already present in the game in some version or has a quality of life change.
The entire idea could be implemented by making minor changes to help combat. modifications that will enhance the long-term viability and replayability of the game this is in fact to the advantage to the players.

In short: let's add overpowered blocking and parrying so any attacker who is first to attack is likely to lose.

A better option is to ensure that each class has more HP. Barb shouldn't be the only one with a 25% increase in HP than the base kit.
Barbs can be granted access to a high HP armors which cannot be obtained by other classes or allow them leveling to become a high HP target cheap Dark And Darker Gold, instead of becoming an instant one.
