  How to Disable Write Cache on Your SSD?

  1. Hit Start key and R key on your keyboard together. After that enter “devmgmt.msc” and hit the Enter button on your keyboard.
  2. Now you can see that Device Manager has opened. Navigate to the ‘Disk Drives’ option.
  3. After expending the Disk drives, right-click on the SSD drive and select Properties.
  4. If you are using multiple SSDs, then you will have to choose the one, in which you have installed Chrome browser.
  5. Navigate to the ‘Policies’ that is located at the top menu.
  6. Uncheck the “Enable write caching on the device” box.

  2. Now tap ‘Manage people’ option from the list.
  3. Hit the “Add Person” button.
  4. Type the name and choose a profile image for your new profile.
  5. Hit the Add button to create your profile.
  6. Now you can see that Google is restarting its Chrome browser and logging in to the new profile that you have just created. Now you are logged in with a new profile.

  Check if the error has gone. If it is gone, then congrats. If not, then try resetting Chrome settings to the default ones.
