I think a major thing MLB 19 Stubs that they need to fix is the contract needs of players that hit free agency. It's all based on their potential, overall, and age. Do not get me wrong, I believe that should definitely be factored in, but when you've got a livelihood 4.00 or 5.00 ERA beginning pitcher wanting $31.00 million annually, it is a bit ridiculous. It
destroys the free agency market when you get several years into your franchise. Somehow get it to where their prior years stats are factored into it as well. Franchise needs a lot of tweaking in my view. I just feel as if SDS is quite lazy with it. I really don't know how we have had good franchise modes in other games such as Madden, 2k, and NHL, and The Display is sooooo far behind them. So they realize they are behind in development with these other matches and mend something about it. I feel as if were getting exactly the same game each year with just as little as possible altered.
This is kind of off topic, but you said that you've played 25+ franchise seasons through recent years. How can you do this? Like, what do you sim? Or do you perform every pitch and every at-bat? I'm a significant franchise guy with Madden and NHL, but using MLB I avoid it since the number of games sounds daunting, but simming too frequently takes me outside of the whole purpose.I have an issue with one of my own participant batting.320, 20 home runs, 150 hits, 25 stolen bases. Repair the completely broken pitching!
