  To setup up the HP printer in a wireless setup, you have to, first of all, connect it with the wireless network you use. There are methods you can follow to make the wireless connection successful. Visit the site 123.hp.com/setup to download the drivers before the setup.  

  Check if you are aware of the network name and the security password

  • On the control panel of the printer, you have to go to the network menu and tap the wireless icon and then go to the settings. Choose the wireless setup wizard option.
  • Now the option will display many wireless networks in your area
  • Choose the name of the network on the list you use
  • If you have not seen the wireless network on the list you can key in the network name manually by going to the bottom of the list
  • Then enter the WEP or the WPA passphrase. You have to input the passphrase or the key specifically keeping in mind the uppercase and lowercase
  • The printer will now connect with the wireless network
