FIFA have been accused of exploiting foreign fans after revealing extortionate ticket prices for the 2018 World Cup in Russia.A group game will set an England supporter back at least £80 while, due to the discount rates for residents, a Russia fan will be able to go to the same game for £15 in their homeland.It is normal for host countries to offer cheaper tickets for locals but foreign fans are upset that FIFA appear to be taking advantage of them.
