Dennis is passionate about improving your sleep for your better health and well being by creating the best insomnia podcast. He used to sleep poorly, is passionate about health and listens avidly to podcasts. So when he couldn’t find any podcasts on how to cure insomnia, he decided to create the best insomnia podcast available. Everything is covered from sleep efficiency to accupressure for insomnia.
Dennis is an entrepreneur with many business ventures under his belt and lives in cold and flat, but sunny, Saskatoon, Canada. He and his wife Sheila raised seven great kids and now enjoy their six grandchildren.
