In the detection of gases, ozone detector is a product that we will often use. When we use the ozone detector, in order to ensure that the detection value is more accurate, so that the life of the ozone detector more long-term, you need to pay attention to its routine maintenance, so as to better use the ozone sensor.

So how to do the daily maintenance of the ozone detector?

    Ozone detector daily maintenance precautions.

    1. Keep dry, away from rain, moisture, corrosive substances and liquids.

    2. Check the detector intake hole frequently for leakage and blockage, keep the intake hole open.

    3. Prohibit dropping, knocking or violently shaking the instrument, rough use may damage the carbon monoxide detector.

    4. Do not use and store the detector for a long time in dusty, dirty, high temperature, cold environmental places.

    5. It is strictly forbidden to use the ammonia detection alarm to detect the gas of unknown concentration environment, in order to avoid permanent damage to the sensor.

    6. Please use the charger provided or approved by the company to charge the instrument, without the approved charger will cause damage to the instrument.

    7. When the ozone detector appears abnormal, please communicate with the manufacturer's technical staff in a timely manner. Do not disassemble or repair the detector by yourself.

    8. Maintenance is to improve the stability of the detection instrument, accuracy and extend the life of the important work, but also effective protection.

    9. Keep the detection hole filter clean, avoid liquid into the detection hole, once the liquid enters, please invert the instrument, so that the liquid automatically line out, do not drop the instrument.

    10. Ozone alarm inadvertently into the water, please do not open the instrument, disassemble the shell, promptly deal with the instrument on the water droplets, and placed in a ventilated place for 48 hours, and returned to the manufacturer to re-inspect the calibration.

    11. Prohibit the use of harsh chemicals, detergents or large concentrations of cleaning agents to clean the instrument, it is recommended that a clean cotton ball dipped in a little water or soapy water to lightly test the instrument, and promptly wipe dry.
