    You will know the egg is the cheapest and best source of protein. A large amount of protein is found in the white parts of the egg, which is very important for the recovery of our body. The quantity of cholesterol is high in its yellow part, so if you eat one egg during the day, then there is no harm to you. But if you eat more than 1 egg, then you should get the yellow portion from it. And you should eat boiled eggs only. You can eat 4-5 eggs after running. But remember that only the white portion should be eaten.

    Banana

    Carbohydrate is found in plenty of bananas, whereas it is a very important diet to go for daily running.  It gives instant energy. Therefore bananas should be eaten before running or after running. If you take it with milk, you will get a double benefit. It can be used 15 minutes before running and after running. This protein acts as a medicine for running. So if you are running, then bananas must be used. For those who run daily, eating a banana is necessary. Eating bananas provides instant energy. Making a banana milkshake or smoothie will be more beneficial for breakfast.

    Fruit salad

    After running, eat fruit salad, i.e. all kinds of fruits such as apple, banana, papaya, grapes, oranges, or whatever fruit you eat together. They are found in very high amounts of fiber and antioxidants and blood pressure will remain in control, which is very important for runners. At the same time, it also protects the body from many other diseases.
