Four, conveyor belt cover surface damage causes:
(1) The gap between the lining plate of the guide groove and the belt is not appropriate, resulting in abnormal wear, or foreign bodies embedded in the gap, resulting in abnormal wear or scratch.
(2) The flow rate of the material at the guide groove is inconsistent with the speed of the conveyor belt, resulting in a large drop that accelerates the wear of the rubber surface.
