Plain weave.
Each warp thread and each weft thread pass above and below the next adjacent thread.
There are two specifications of wire diameters for the plain weave Dutch woven wire cloth. The wefts have a thinner diameter and are tightly woven together to provide a tight filter. The warp threads are thicker, providing strength to the woven wire cloth.
Twill Dutch weave
It is an extension of the twill weave. Each warp thread and each weft thread pass above and below two adjacent complementary threads, which is similar to twill weaving. The wire diameter of the warp thread is larger than that of the weft thread. The number of meshes in the weft direction is greater than that in the warp direction. The Dutch twill weave can make the weft weave more densely, and can achieve a smaller hole size.
Twill Dutch weaving can support greater loads than Dutch weaving. Its hole diameter is finer than that of twill weave. It is used to filter heavy materials.
Reverse Dutch woven wire cloth
In reverse Dutch woven metal wire cloth, the diameter of the warp threads is thinner, the diameter of the weft threads is thicker, and the number of meshes of the warp threads is larger than that of the weft threads.
