As a flight attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers throughout their journey. This includes greeting passengers as they board the aircraft, providing them with information about the flight, assisting them with any queries or requests they may have, and ensuring their safety during the flight. Excellent customer service is essential in this role as it helps to create a positive experience for passengers and ensures they remain loyal customers of Frontier Airlines.
After you have been interviewed for a position as a Frontier flight attendant, you will be given a conditional offer of employment. This offer is contingent upon your successful completion of a background check, including a criminal history check, and a pre-employment drug screen. Once you have completed these steps and have been cleared for employment, you will be given a start date.The first few weeks of your training will be spent in the classroom, learning about the company, our policies and procedures, and emergency procedures. You will also receive training in CPR and first aid.
Once you have completed your classroom training, you will spend several weeks in on-the-job training, working alongside experienced flight attendants. During this time, you will shadow them and learn firsthand what it takes to be successful in this career.After you have successfully completed your training and are working as a Frontier flight attendant, you can expect to work a variety of shifts.
Our flying schedules vary based on the needs of the company, but most Frontier flight attendants work an average of 65 hours per month. You will have the opportunity to bid on available flying assignments each month, and your schedule will be based on the bids that you submit.
