  It is a short ester nandrolone which, like other nandrolones, is characterized by a high anabolic index and low androgenic index. In addition to deca durabolin, it is one of the safest injectors used in bodybuilding to increase muscle mass and strength. What is important is that the product is really rarely counterfeited. The mechanism of its action is similar to the decanoate described above. In practice, it gives good gains in muscle mass and strength already at 3mg for every kilogram of body weight. As it is a short ester, it aromatizes less and therefore water retention is less than with nandrolone. It can usually be seen only at higher doses, although it is not as strong as in the case of testosterone because nandrolone aromatizes (in about 20%) to less active estrogen. It is similar with converting to DHT – in the case of nandrolone, it converts to NORDHT, which is not as strong as its testosterone counterpart, thanks to which side effects from DHT are smaller – rarely there is acne and hair loss. Another advantage of Nandrolone Phenylpropionate over deca durabolin is the fact that the length of the cycle does not have to be long – already in 5-6 weeks you can get good growth especially when combined with other SAAs.  Usually bodybuilders combine it with testosterone propionate and dianabol – a combination extremely effective on mass. On the other hand, in reduction cycles it perfectly complements with winstrol.  The most common problem is primarily high blood pressure. Because nandrolone increases the blood’s clotting time, problems with blood clotting after cuts and uncontrolled leakage of blood from the nose may occur. Some may also experience headaches and a decrease in libido. It should not be combined with trenbolone because this combination can cause gynecomastia (progesterone effect). It should also be borne in mind that nandrolone metabolites can be detected even 12 to 18 months after the end of the treatment.
