Welding Turntables

Pipe Welding Positioners

Rotary Welding Positioners
Rotary welding positioners make welding round objects much easier and more productive. A reversible, variable-speed control box allows you to accurately dial in the correct speed while the optional variable-speed pedal adds another level of control. These welding positioners are highly useful for precision welding applications.
Headstock & Tailstock Positioners
Our new, used or rental head and tailstock welding positioners are designed to be used for long rectangular shapes that must be supported from both ends. Both fixed height rotation, centerline and power elevating models are available for ergonomic placement of the weldment. Headstock tailstock positioners also allow for maximum flexibility when lifting or rotating heavy workpieces such as trailer frames or large vessels.
Gripper Welding Chucks
A gripper welding chuck is a specialized clamp that can be used to withstand the robust conditions of the welding industry. They are primarily used to hold customized pieces of metal, which are affixed to the headstock/tailstock, so they can be welded.
