3. Lofting
Strictly review the drawings according to the requirements of the construction drawings and the adopted norms and standards. Stake out according to the reviewed construction drawings. When scribing, the assembly mark, screw hole mark, position and direction of the reinforcement plate, tilt mark and center line, reference line and inspection line shall be clearly marked, and a model shall be made if necessary. Pay attention to the reserved manufacturing and welding shrinkage allowance during installation (considered according to 2mm); cutting, planing and milling allowance; installation reserved size requirements. Bending and deformation of the material shall be corrected before scribing.
4. Cutting
During the construction of the steel structure ceiling, the cutting is carried out according to the template and the list of ingredients, so as to save materials as much as possible and facilitate cutting. Gas cutting is used for steel blanking, and profile cutting is used to ensure the quality of the cut surface. Before cutting, the rust and dirt on the surface of the steel cutting area should be cleaned, and slag and spatter should be generated after cutting. Welding shrinkage allowance, cutting, end face and edge processing allowance should be reserved when sizing the material.
5. Edge processing
When welding X-shaped V-shaped joints, flame processing is used, and after processing, it is ground with a grinding wheel, and the surface roughness is checked by precision cutting. The error of the groove plus size should meet the requirements of national standards and regulations. The end face of the component is processed after the finished product is corrected, and the processing surface is perpendicular to the center line.
6. Assembly
All components should be inspected before the assembly of the steel structure ceiling, and the connection contact surface and along the welding edge should be cleaned every 30-50 (mm). The plates should be assembled after the splicing of the profiles. later.
7. Welding
Before welding, you should be familiar with the construction drawings, and the welder must have a welder's operation certificate. Before welding, the quality of the welded joints and the welder's handling should be checked repeatedly. When welding, the welder should abide by the welding process, and must not perform welding by himself or strike the arc on the secondary base metal on the weld bead. Each pass of welding should be welded continuously, and the welding slag should be cleaned up in time after each layer of welding, and the welding quality should be checked.
