Steel structures are widely implemented and used in the construction industry. Steel structure engineering has many advantages such as low cost, short construction period, and environmental protection. The manufacturer talks about the requirements of steel structure engineering for base construction

1. Before laying materials, the base concrete should be vibrated, compacted and leveled, and there should be no floating water on the surface of the concrete.
2. Initial dewatering and scraping:
(1) About 2 hours after the concrete is poured (the time is different under different weather conditions), when people step on the concrete surface and the sinking is not obvious, the aluminum alloy ruler can be used to scrape the surface.
Scratching serves two purposes:
a) Make the concrete surface preliminary level;
b) Concentrate the laitance on the concrete surface; remove the concentrated laitance with a rubber push knife.
(2) Even if the mud content in the mortar is small and does not contain oily organic matter, etc., when the mortar is thick (≥1CM), in order to ensure the surface strength of the concrete, the excess mortar should be scraped off.
3. Corresponding plans should be formulated for the processing of steel structures, comprehensive utilization of leftover materials, classified collection of garbage, centralized stacking, and regular recycling.
4. The steel materials and spare parts required for installation should be stacked evenly by the construction unit before manufacturing, installation and anti-rust treatment to prevent corrosion and deformation of components.
Heavy factory structure. Often used in workshops with large cranes or heavy work. Such as open hearth furnace, converter workshop, ironmaking furnace workshop, rough rolling workshop and so on in metallurgical workshop. In recent years, with the large-scale application of grid structures, steel structures are also used in general industrial plants.
long-span structure. Such as aircraft assembly workshops, hangars, dry coal sheds, assembly halls, gymnasiums, exhibition halls, etc., all require large-span structures. Its structural system can be grid, suspension cable, arch and frame.
Structures subject to vibration loads and earthquake action
For a workshop with a forging hammer, the frame directly bears little power and the workshop vibrates greatly, so steel structures can be used. For those with high seismic requirements, special structures such as bridges, derricks, pipeline supports, and offshore oil production platforms should also adopt steel structures.
