    There are several reasons for Customer Service Resolving Canon Printer Error 6000 , including a paper jam, an incorrectly installed ink tank, and more.

     

    1- Toner cartridge is not installed correctly

    2- Remove and reinsert the ink cartridges

    3- There is a paper jam or something is inside the printer.

    4- Check the printer to make sure that there is no paper left from paper jams and that there are no foreign objects inside the machine

    5- The printer must be reset.

    6- Press the power button to turn off the printer.

    7- Disconnect the data cable from the printer (does not apply to Wi-Fi®, Bluetooth®, or infrared).

    8- Unplug the printer power cord for about 10 minutes, and then plug it back in.

    9- If the power cord is connected to a surge protector, it may be necessary (for testing purposes) to plug the cord directly into a wall outlet.

    10- Reconnect the data cable (does not apply to Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or infrared).

    11- Press "Power" to turn the printer back on, then try to print again.

    12- If the printer is still not working properly, and the carriage is accessible, remove and replace the ink. Please repeat the above steps.
