    Turn Off the Printer:
    Disconnect the power cord from the electrical outlet and wait for a few minutes. This can help reset the printer.

    Inspect for Jammed Paper:
    Open the printer's cover and check for any jammed paper or foreign objects inside. Remove any obstructions carefully. Ensure there is no paper jam in the paper feed, output tray, or any other part of the printer.

    Check the Print Head:
    If the error persists, the issue could be related to the print head. Lift the print head lock lever and remove the print head. Inspect it for any visible damage, dried ink, or foreign objects. If necessary, clean the print head and reinstall it.

    Reseat the Ink Cartridges:
    Remove and reseat the ink cartridges. Make sure they are properly installed and that the ink tank is securely in place.

    Reset the Printer:
    After performing the above steps, reconnect the power cord and turn on the printer. Check if the error has been resolved.
