    What happens to emails that are sent to an old SBC account?

    Helo,

    Here's how to get help from AT&T about this. Call the phone number in the article above. DO NOT tell them you need help with your Yahoo account because they will just tell you to contact Yahoo support. DO tell them you are having a problem getting into your ATT email account. Give them your sbcglobal.net email address and let them know you are able to access your account three days ago. DO NOT let them tell you this is a Yahoo problem as Yahoo doesn't own or manage ATT email accounts. If they do that ask that your case be escalated to their level two support guys.
