""We are saddened and shocked that our people could lose their lives in such a manner to the hands of another human being,"" the party said in response to alleged cannibalism involving traditional healers.
This reportedly happened in the Inkosi Langalibalele Municipality and surrounding areas in the KwaZulu-Natal Province.

JERUSALEM， June 13 (Xinhua) -- Israeli leaders and citizens have expressed their condolences over the killing of at least 50 people in Sunday's mass shooting at an Orlando night club.
"We are all horrified by the horrible massacre in Orlando，" Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Monday， at the start of a cabinet meeting， according to a statement from his office.
"I wish to express on behalf of the Israeli government and citizens our condolences to the American people and the families of the victims in such a hard and tragic time，" he added.
Netanyahu also said that countries around the world should stand "soldier to soldier" and fight terrorism that "threatens the entire world."
Israeli President Reuven Rivlin wrote to U.S. President Barack Obama late Sunday to express his condolences as well.
"Once again we feel the pain of terrible loss as we see the blood spilled of young and innocent people，" Rivlin wrote to Obama， according to a statement from his office. "There is no comfort for those who have had their loved ones torn away from them."
Citizens and municipalities across Israel have also paid tributes to the U.S. people and to the LGBTQ community.
The Tel Aviv Municipality building was lit in the colors of the LGBT flag "in solidarity with Orlando，" a week after hosting its annual pride parade in the city's streets.
In Jerusalem， dozens of people gathered on Sunday night to light candles through a vigil in honor of the victims of the Orlando club massacre， the Times of Israel reported. The vigil-goers held signs saying "Love Always Wins."
There have been attacks against the gay community both in Tel Aviv and in Jerusalem in the past. In 2009， a gunman killed two people at a gay youth center in Tel Aviv. He managed to flee the scene， and the case remains unsolved to this day.
In Jerusalem， an ultraorthodox Jew stabbed and killed a teen girl and wounded five others during the 2015 Gay Pride parade last August.

ATHENS， April 17 (Xinhua) -- More than 3，000 runners from across Greece attended the third annual Half Marathon race of the Marathon Municipality and run in history in the birthplace of the Marathon race on Sunday.
This year's edition turned into a new bridge of friendship and cooperation between Greece and China， as the Chinese Ambassador to Greece Zou Xiaoli was the chief guest of the event.
Upon an invitation by the Marathon Municipality Mayor Ilias Psinakis， the Ambassador fired the starting shot for the 21.097-kilometer course， a 3-kilometer fun race and a relay under the warm applause of the cheering crowd.
Local elementary school students who participated in an one-kilometer children's race， mothers with babies on strollers and white-haired runners accompanied by their pets took position at the historical starting point of the classic route of the marathon， following in the footsteps of Pheidippides.
Among them was Dimitra Korokida， a Greek para athlete， world champion in shot put in Doha in 2015， who led the race by hand cycling.
For Korokida， the 3rd Marathon Half Marathon was part of her training for the upcoming 2016 Rio Paralympic Games， she told Xinhua at the finish line.
For other runners and spectators who heard her story of how she never gave up teaching Taekwondo after the 2002 accident which changed her life， she was an inspiration to keep going in sports and life no matter the difficulties.
Marathon city is located 42 kilometers from Athens and is the place where the "Athens Authentic Marathon" is also held each November.
