Invalid Customer ID or LVL_ERROR takes place when Intuit web servers discover invalid customer ID with Online services like Internet Banking.

- After that click on the Chart of Accounts.
- Now give a right click on the edit the bank account setups that are attached online.
- Under the bank account settings choose the online services.
