    Solution 1: Update QuickBooks Desktop
    Open QuickBooks Desktop.
    Go to the "Help" menu and select "Update QuickBooks."
    Click on the "Update Now" tab.
    Checkmark the "Reset Update" box to clear all previous update downloads.
    Click "Get Updates" to download the latest updates.
    Once the update is complete, close and reopen QuickBooks.
