Fix QuickBooks Error 3371 Status Code 11118

    If you open QuickBooks software and it shows an error message "QuickBooks Error 3371: QuickBooks could not load the license data". It basically arises due to missing or damage the company file (QuickBooks system file entitlementDataStore.ecml) that file contains the license properties. For the solution of this QuickBooks Error you have to do the following steps:-

    • First of all delete ECML file
    • Check your Windows update
    • Install the latest Windows Update
    • Renaming the company file (entitlementDataStore.ecml)

    Delete the EntitlementDataStore.ecml file:

    Close QuickBooks and any other running applications.
    Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
    Type or paste the following path into the Run box and press Enter:
    C:\ProgramData\Intuit\Entitlement Client\v8
    Locate the EntitlementDataStore.ecml file in the folder.
    Right-click on the file and select Delete.
    Confirm the deletion when prompted.
    Open QuickBooks again and try to activate it. It should recreate the EntitlementDataStore.ecml file.
