If you book a low-cost, low-cost plus and premium class ticket, you can't cancel your flights. If your flight is canceled, the whole fare is going to be charged as Norwegian 24 Hour cancellation. they're not refunded any amount. Only passengers with Flex and Premium Flex tickets are allowed to cancel their flights. they're going to receive a full refund because no cancellation fees are going to be charged by Norwegian Air.
