I discovered the ketovatru workouts quite difficult, then again I'm in no way fit to start off with. Despite it being hard, the level of weight I lost in their normal relatively short period of time caused it to be a good idea. Surely I can have lost more if I'd planned better, exercised countless and not cheated. I'd a chance for getting a a handful of weeks without gaining some or all of these weight back!! Then implement whole velofel diet again.
