If you want to use the app for payments, then you gotta add money. YOu can send money to a recipient only when you can add money first. But if you’re unable to do that, then check out the troubleshooting steps that are provided by the tech support sites. If that doesn’t suffice, then call the Cash App phone number to get the issue resolved immediately.
