    You might need to perform a complete reset of your Canon printer while performing troubleshooting. Your printer will resume its default settings after a factory reset. You can reset your printer to factory settings using this guide.

    • Click Setup.
    • setting button
    • After selecting Device settings with the arrow buttons, press OK.
    • To get to the Reset setting, use the arrow buttons to navigate, and then press OK.
    • To get to Reset all, use the arrow buttons to navigate, and then click OK.
    • Choose Yes.
    • Click OK. Your gadget has now been reset.
    • With OK selected, the final reset confirmation screen.
