Not for me. Some neighbors moved in and they told me there was a contract for their old house. The buyer applies for a VA loan. I'm just wondering how long it takes to get a loan to you.
This place is across the street and it has had many owners since we moved here. We had a hermit (God, he smelled bad), a city guy who kept him for a year or three, the rooster people (so glad they left), and then a young couple with two very nice kids. Now we're apparently getting a veteran, hopefully with a family. I hope he will be a good neighbor.
it seems to me that taking out a loan is completely normal
The home loan is a bad option, but sometimes it's the only option. In your case, it's really necessary, I think. Two years ago I had a same problem - I badly needed some money in order to save a house bought from another loan. And so, one of my friends told me about payday loans in Colorado from the maybe loan company. They gave me a loan with a 3 % rate, because I had good credit history and a fine job with high salary. After all, I saved my house and now my loan payments is not very painful. A good story with a good ending, you know.
