It took me almost 1.5 years of personal training with a trainer and healthy eating to get to this point, and when the Covid lockdown started, it all fell apart in just 1 month, I blew about 15 pounds and went from 6% bf to 17% bf, and worse, I faced all types of health issues. I lost my job, had to have surgery on my jaw and knee, broke a few teeth, and even got a serious skin infection. It was a nightmare, to say the least. I've had trouble eating healthy and staying positive. I abuse Uber etw and have been eating things like ice cream at night lately.
I would not use supplements
I do take supplements and I find them helpful. It all depends on what you take with you and what type of workouts and diet you have. For example I usually work out 4 times a week plus cardio. So I do take supplements but I usually just order vitamins and Omega3. Sometimes I take yohimbine when I am in the bulking phase. I do talk to a doctor before I start my supplements and I do take breaks in between them so that I don't overwhelm my body.
I have tried a few different bands throughout the years but I have to say that my personal favorite would have to be Kyolic.
