I'm currently planning a trip to the Grand Canyon, and I'm in dire need of some advice regarding the closest airport to grand canyon. I've done a bit of research, but there are so many options, and I'm feeling a tad overwhelmed. I thought who better to turn to for help than this wonderful community of experienced travelers?
So, here's the scoop: I'm looking for the airport that offers the most convenient access to the Grand Canyon. I've heard about a few options, including the Grand Canyon National Park Airport (GCN), Flagstaff Pulliam Airport (FLG), Las Vegas McCarran International Airport (LAS), Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), and St. George Regional Airport (SGU).
But I'd love to hear from those of you who have been there, done that. Which airport did you fly into, and what was your experience like? Did you find it easy to get from the airport to the Grand Canyon? Any tips or insider knowledge you can share would be greatly appreciated!
