I actually have 2 injuries.. One has gotten 95% better (pain from tear in my right meniscus (tore it in 2015 but have been ok for the last 3 years until recently)) and the other one is still a major problem. Tennis elbow.. I can't even take a drink from the car's cupholder with my right hand without pain. I switched to my left hand when playing during my lunch break at work. It will take at least 2 months before I can play with my right hand again. I play good enough with my left hand to beat all the recreational players at the office.. Won't go to the club until I'm healed.. Would get slaughtered playing with my left hand..
Oh, I am sorry for you. I feel your pain. You don't have to go to the club until you get better. You have to be in shape and not do worse. I am also a Tennis player, and I know how painful it is to have such injuries. Even if I'm a man, it's hard enough to be strong in such situations. When I broke my hand, I had some vast pains. It would have been complicated to get over without any sedatives. My trainer bought me some natural and calming products from a site and told me not to make any effort until I do not feel the pain anymore. I listened to him. All I did all day was to lay on the bad. I didn't even feel like a man. Fortunately, I got well pretty quickly. I hope you get over this period as soon as possible. Good luck in tennis!

Oh, this is the worst pain ever, I think. I didn't have such a situation, but I understand your depression.
