I recently made a trip between Los Angeles and Salt Lake City. 700 miles, 15 hours one way, door - to-door on a single charge. The electronic throne worked perfectly and was very convenient. The reliability of Electrify America charging stations is a completely different matter! Of the 8 charging stations we stopped at along the way, only 2-3 in each direction were connected and received 150 kW. Most of the time I was jumping around the station. Connect, get 50 kW and switch to another 150 kW pump. If I had more than 100 kW, I would have stayed on this charger. It was very unpleasant. I posted most of my trip abroad on PugsShare. On the way back, the same problems occurred, 25% of the stations were working, and 75% were disappointed. Vegas was the worst experience. I connected and got 150 kW, went inside to go to the toilet, and returned to my car, charging only 38 kW!! I spend more than an hour with EA CS trying to restart the pumps. But in the end, I lived with 38 kW and charged enough to get to Baker, California, to the next charging station.

Someone from CS called me today and said that after the maintenance team reviews the problems, they will contact me later this week.

I'm curious, does everyone still have low reliability of EA chargers? I'm also interested in the suggested forums where I can post this, as I'm only trying to get the message across to EA and make their network more reliable.
