One thing I really enjoy about Pips NYT is how each puzzle feels different every time. Sometimes I get hooked on the challenge of making the sums work out just right, and other times I find myself liking the regions with the greater or less than signs because they push me to think ahead about which domino should land where. My favorite feature has to be the moment when the board is almost full and there are only a couple of dominoes left to place. That final stretch always feels like a mix of tension and excitement, and when it clicks together, it is so satisfying.
I also like that there is no real penalty for mistakes. I can experiment freely, swap pieces around, and slowly see the logic unfold. It turns the game into something relaxing but also rewarding. For me, the best fault or twist in the game is that what looks simple at first often turns into a deeper puzzle than expected. What about you? Do you enjoy the number conditions more, or the equal and not equal ones?
