She sent a link where donations can be sent. However, something about it seems suspicious. She had been quiet for a long time, and then suddenly posted, “Help me.” But, maybe she was silent because she’s too busy to talk right now. How can I check this donation link to see if it’s legitimate or some kind of scam?

I’m about 90% sure this is a scam. If someone truly needed help, they would reach out personally and ask for it directly, probably over a call or in person.
