We have a camper craw Saturday so I got to work. Our site will serve pulled pork sliders and bourbon slashes garnished with pig candy
    11,5lbs **** and 2lbs candied bacon

    First pound of pig candy

Second pound done and 3rd is on

This chunk of pork has been showered in bacon grease for 4,5 hours

While the cook was rolling I mixed up the slashes

7 hrs, in and stalled 176°

2,5 hrs, more and she was ready for a 1hr, rest before pulling and bagging

Now I won the bass derby and have rhe trophy and trash talking rights,, I.had drink koozies made up in August, so I figured why not poke the bears again. So 8 will serve cookies too.

Those solo prep sessions can turn into a whole vibe, especially with a cold drink nearby. When I host bigger get‑togethers, I sometimes lean on extras from https://sizzleyourevents.com/ to take a bit of pressure off, like grabbing a fun concession setup so I can stay focused on the food. Your spread sounds like it’s shaping up to be the kind folks talk about for weeks.
